Plascard Terms and Conditions
Your order
Full payment with order will be required for us to proceed with your order.
When you place an order with Plascard and full payment has been received, your order will be actioned straight away and do it's utmost to keep to any delivery dates that have been requested; usually this is achieved, however the unforseen happens sometimes and therefore Plascard cannot be responsible for any losses that customers may incur due to the late delivery of your order. When supplying your own artwork.
Complete finished artwork for your cards must be supplied to our specification and when received, it will be assumed that it will be final and all will be correct. A proof of what we have received from you will be sent to you by email or post for your approval whichever you prefer before production. Therefore any omissions or errors after your cards have been printed will not render Plascard responsible in any way and no refund or compensation will be considered.
When Plascard prepares artwork for you.
We will prepare artwork for you from all the information given to us and an artwork proof will be sent to you by email or post whichever you prefer before production. A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 + VAT will be required to start your order. The balance of payment on artwork approval will also be required before production can proceed. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your order. Omissions or errors after the artwork has been approved and after your cards have been printed will NOT render Plascard liable in any way and any refund or compensation will NOT be considered.
We can accept payment by Credit Card (not for Full Colour cards or Key Tags),
Cheque (5 days clearance required) or by Bank Transfer - contact us for details.
It is PLASCARD's policy that our customers should be delighted with their cards, so please check everything carefully to ensure satisfaction.
