Artwork requirements for our High Impact cards & Paper Business cards.
These plastic cards are printed using a spot colour process therefore shaded areas and full colour images are not possible.
Image type for these cards will be Text, Line Art Logos / Designs.
We don't use Pantone or CMYK colours for these cards. Just select the colours you want from the ink colour chart but you can give pantone references and we will get as close as we can. Just follow the instructions below and everything should be fine, if however you have problems designing please call us and we will help you.
Artwork should be prepared in Black on White and separated for each ink colour to be printed. We also need a colour example so we can see how your card should look.
We can accept various file formats: Corel Draw V12 or less or back save to V12. High Resolution PDFs. Adobe Illustrator, EPS files or ask for more information.
All fonts should be saved to curves.
You will receive an email or paper proof of what you have sent us prior to printing your cards to make sure what we have received from you is correct.
Please keep text to a minimum size of 8pt.
Please avoid shading and halftones.
